John prepares boys and girls from 6 years upwards, for all English and maths examinations including S.A.T.S and Common Entrance. He also specialises in helping students with specific learning difficulties (Dyslexia). John is a graduate of London University and has held key teaching posts in both state and independent schools, including St George's College Weybridge, St Maur's School, Weybridge and Notre Dame Senior School. Cobham, Surrey.

He has postgraduate qualifications from the University of Surrey where he studied language development in education and its implication on the curriculum. John's special study was The Impact of the Book Environment on Readers. At the University
of Kent he researched the reading process and testing at all key stages. |

In 1992 he was awarded full membership of the British Dyslexia Association M.B.D.A. where he investigated the theory and practical current research and the implications for students. with specific learning difficulties.
